However, it is now known that a few months prior to the release of “Maybellene,” which can sell for $75.00, Chuck was playing guitar with Joe Alexander and the Cubans on the 1955 single, “Oh Maria.” Released by Ballad Records, a copy of that 45 is now worth up to $1500.00.
