The first record from the 1990’s super band, Green Day, was “1,000 Hours.” Green Day was known as Sweet Children at the time and despite the objections from the record company, the band, led by Billie Joe Armstrong, switched to Green Day. An original copy of the “1,000 Hours” EP, released on Lookout Records in 1989, can get you $200.00 today. Their 1997 album, “Nimrod,” on Reprise Records can now sell for $300.00.
